The last annual meeting of the Homeowners Association was held on June 27, 2023. The next annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Columbian Grand Hall meeting room (adjacent to Casey's Pub) at 2200 Meadowbrook Rd. Formal notice will be mailed to all lot owners at least 30 days in advance. We need as much participation as possible in order to have a sufficient quorum to elect Board members and vote on the annual budget and dues assessment. Members will have the option to vote by proxy, regular mail, or email if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.
